Here is the run for me beating Dead Signal on Nightmare, not sure from when the final time would be, from the Vivex shift complete screen or in Adam's office. I timed it from clicking begin shift and at the end of shift Vivex it was 1h 56m 27s, if we include to arriving at Adam's office it would be 1h 57m 54s.

During this run I managed to dodge Del Falco so well, that I never activated him. You can see from the final email from Adam, my last response to his is at 10:08 or something, then nothing until 6:00.
