When you open your in-game menu it disables your crowbars so you don't get stuck. This is allowed because it uses an intended game feature.

When you open your Meta Quest menu while holding onto something, then pulling back and closing the menu it sends you flying. This is NOT allowed because it uses a non-intended game feature; It's also obviously a MAJOR glitch.

What I mean by Allowed and NOT Allowed is in terms of Glitchless Categories.

Both of these are totally OKAY in ANY% Speedruns; But only the first one IS OKAY in Glitchless Speedruns.
