Love this game and I want to speedrun it but I can not do the major tech that other people have been pulling off, would be cool to have a category where people who can't skip entire levels could have a shot at the top

There is a basic movement guide linked in Guides ( https://www.speedrun.com/Bubsy_4D/guides/gr82i ) which teaches you everything you need to know about Bubsy's movement. You're more than welcome to do runs excluding whatever tech you wish, but I personally do not see the need for a category designed specifically to take away Bubsy's core movement by limiting momentum chaining. This would be more akin to a challenge run, which you are more than welcome to submit, but will most likely not be getting its own category.
