I think we could do the normal start time for this, and the ending time is your final verification of all rooms once you show the "Outer Rooms" full page at the bottom of the directory. I think this category is distinct enough from Found Floorplans as that alone can add hours of scouring the house. Full directory minus Found Floorplans is extremely approachable and all of the fun of a 100% run without the bore of the RNG that comes with the secrets.

i will add that timing for "w/ found floorplans" should be upon picking up the trophy, as that is a very clear in-game evidence of the fact. however, due to a glitch where drafting the foundation in the manor adds to the directory count and allows you to skip entries, it probably still should require looking through the whole directory as proof.

For the "With Found Floorplans" category, we should also allow at least 1 break as an option. That category is likely going to be at least 3+ hours for many of the runs.
