Turns out that after the first parkour segment, where you find the only two black knights of the level, if you slide off the ledge into the spike tunnel while getting hit by the knight's attack it gives you an enormous amount of forward speed, im just a casual player but i thought this might be useful if its replicable on other levels, ill attach a video of me using the glitch to get a better time, it can be seen at 00:22
