Recently, we have realized that some people get stuck on dialogue longer than others, before loading to a new area. This can be seen when the "host" says things such as "i have a great idea", or "the winners room".

To make runs fair for everyone, we have made it so that that time of effect is including as a load. (That time section will removed from your LRT run)
