Note: Added 8.7 seconds onto my time on March 20th, 2024, due to a bug that was present in this version of the game that allowed me to start moving in the car sooner than the current versions allows. This bug was patched on February 21st so anyone that plays the game from now on has to wait 8.7 seconds longer than I did before exiting the car (timing from new game/confirm until you can start moving - old version was 3 seconds, new version was 11.7 so subtracting 3 from 11.7 gives 8.7).
