Untied WR when set. Emu. Played on a fresh installation of mGBA 0.10.3. This is a WAY tighter time than 1:48. It's a very high 1:47, but it's likely a few frames faster than what my timer indicates. I add my timers after I do runs, and to be safe I assumed the worst (i.e. earliest) possible frame that I could've pressed A to start the run. It's probably more like a 1:47.8xx or so in reality
