I was just wondering if any% could be run on a completed file. There's nothing in the rules that says that it can't.

Edit: After thinking about this it sounds dumb, but my reasoning is that you have to go through all the levels anyway. Playing on a completed file saves maybe 2 - 5 seconds due to menuing and there wont be any gyro or nephew text.

The rules generally indicate that it is not indicated to do that (most games). Very little is saved and is not "attractive" for pure speedrun.
