Run starts at 16:45 in the VOD uploaded to youtube.

This is my first ever speedrun, for any game. I chose Dark Cloud since it's a game I've played many times.

As you can see on the final time, I clearly need practice lol. I played the game using only what I know from previous playthroughs, and I'm not familiar with the speedrunning meta at all.

My goal was to have fun, and beat the game as fast as possible. Hopefully I can do this again with a better time!

Note: I did not have the load remover enabled in LiveSplit. I initially had it enabled, but then had to disable it to test something, and forgot to enable it again... Hopefully the run is still accepted - I mean.. wouldn't it just give me a worse time anyway? I'm fine with that, if it's okay with the Dark Cloud speedrunning community.

Note2: Shortly after 5:54:30 (video timestamp), my camera stopped auto-rotating during movement and it lasted until 5:58:50 (for little over 4 minutes). Pretty sure that's a glitch, although I did not intentionally trigger it. I have no idea what caused it and I don't know if triggering it accidentally would disqualify the run. If that's the case then I would need to learn how it works so I can avoid triggering it. Would suck to keep accidentally triggering something like that lol
