Bizhawk v 2.8 w/ mGBA Core

Nearly 7 years later and we have a new WR. This was literally the god run, and I got it one run after an attempt that died in the Cell Games when I was on pace to beat WR by 20 seconds.

Incredible stat rolls on every single character, but I unfortunately died during the Gohan grind and lost 45 seconds trying to be safe and keep the run alive. Otherwise this would have been an insane 1:37 or even a 1:36. I highly doubt I'm going to try to get the run back that I lost, because it would be ridiculously hard to roll such good characters and also not screw up anywhere, especially towards the end.

Other notable mistakes are Slow robot grind otw to Android 18, accidentally reverting from Super Namek with Piccolo at the start of the 17 Fight, and a sketchy dino dragon ball.
