Snake Way -> Vegeta:

Defeat Snake Queen on Snake Way -> HFIL -> Snake Way 2 -> Gregory + Bubbles -> Save girl (west ledge) -> Return to first red house (bottom-right) + defeat Robbers -> Grab capsule underneath rocks (north of Bank) -> Return capsule to house directly north -> Nappa + Vegeta.

Namek -> Frieza (End):

Grab and plant the 3 Namek tree saplings -> Grab the 2 artifacts + save and exit (death abuse/warp) -> Namek Temple -> Defeat Ginyu Force + Ginyu -> Frieza 1 -> Frieza 2. (Roll Credits)
