The only major timesaves here are knowing what comes next, since the final objective is always to finish off the enemy team. Because of this, attacking the enemy in between challenges is a great way to wear them down to finish as quickly as possible. Just like in combo challenges, having notes for what comes next can be helpful. Timing starts on entering the first challenge, and finishes on last hit in the final challenge.
