Less back and forth in the past saves 10+ seconds. Better inventory management and overall execution as well.
Not sure whether doing the present with Bernard as normal (except for getting the contract and swapping the plans) is faster. Seems pretty close. I'm using Hoagie for variety's sake.
IGT obtained by adding 4.5 seconds to the autosave. 4.5 is the time between getting control after the bowling/sludge-o-matic cutscene and the last input.
