I'm relatively happy with this, still quite a few mistakes, but with the number of glitches in the run, getting 0 mistakes will be really hard.
The only major mistakes are 3rd try CS1 proxy and 5th try CS2 skip. There are quite a few smaller mistakes as well though.

No longer accepting Twitch VODs for Submissions
After the recent Twitch changes to VOD storage that you've surely heard about, we've decided to no longer accept Twitch VODs for submissions to the JaD boards. From now on, only YouTube links will be accepted for video proof in a run submission, and we would encourage you to export any previous runs
