I have a few suggestions for how you should moderate runs. The best time should NOT be required and screenshots should not be sufficient. The reason for this is because I have found a glitch for this track that allows you to beat it in 4 laps. My best time on this track is 34 seconds, which is basically inpossible in a real run. Also, screenshots are way easier to fake than videos, because game data could easily be changed. Thanks :)
