The World's First Saxophone-Controlled No-Hit Run of Dark Souls: Remastered. I programed my Roland Aerophone AE-10 (a saxophone-based MIDI controller) to work as a gamepad, where movement is controlled via the instrument's pitch bend wheel and everything else in the game is controlled by playing one note at a time. While not originally intended as a speed run, a sub 2.5 hour IGT gives me a good baseline to improve.
