You need a disc copy (or other unpatched copy) of the game. There isn't any current way to revert backwards from an up-to-date Origin or Steam version. To get the game to the version you need for the load remover to work, you'll probably need to patch to 1.01b (easy to find, just google). Last thing you'll want to do is go to Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings/DragonAge.ini and find "DisableIntroMovies" and change it from 0 to 1. This will make save and quits much faster.
