Hi there, I'm trying to learn more about item drops in this game but havent been able to find answers. So maybe this is a good place... I believe that every 5th enemy killed will drop a random item. Is this true? Now, if this is correct, does anything trigger a reset of the count? For example, does getting hit, taking a death, or starting a new level reset the count? Also, is there any kind of pattern to the drops; can the specific item dropped be manipulated somehow? Anyway, hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for your help! |

Enemy drops are frame based, and each enemy that is killed has "a chance" to drop something. The first four drops will be a small heart, and the fifth drop will be a random item. Getting hit, starting a new level, or taking a death does not alter this counter. |
