Can someone tell me what the most important commands in console are for speedrunning? I have the basic ones but wanna know if there's other ones that are helpful for runs. Thanks

The most important:
clockwindow 0 - turns off the freezes
developer 1 - allows you to set more that 100 fps iirc

also, you can bind your keys to use/drop the items from the inventory fast:
bind <key> inventoryuse <number of slot>
bind <key> inventorydrop <number of slot>
cl_showfps 1 - shows your fps
fps_max <> - max fps, obviously
