Shouldn't jump be allowed for Chex Quest 3?

I mean, some of the earlier versions even required you to jump at some points to progress.

Back when we routed chex 3 we didn't allow it since the rest of the games don't have it. Since jumping isn't required to beat it currently I am gonna say that we probably going to not change this in order to keep in line with the DSDA ruleset

@RadicalMacroni Do you still have a copy of this "earlier version" that required jumps to progress? If so, I'd love to have a copy for my Chex collection. I have a folder marked "v1.0" on my back-up drive that has almost every file I've collected since 2008 and I did a quick play through episode 3 to note any differences against the version currently available for download on Chuck's website. If anyone would like a copy of the content of my folder "v1.0" please feel free to contact me and I will provide a dl from gdrive or dropbox.

The differences I did note: -E3M2 required you to find a switch hidden within a secret area which was located behind some lockers just after the yellow door -E3M4 required you to find the red key hidden within a secret area in the basement of the last building of the map -E3M4 recycled E2M4's level theme -E3M5 recycled E1M5's level theme -Several bitmap textures & area lighting scenes were changed

Now I did notice that Jump & Crouch were already mapped to the keyboard, but I'm not 100% sure if that was the default or if I have some saved user config file from my younger self. Regardless of if those actions were automatically bound by default install those actions are never required to progress at any point in any level.
