Any way to determine milliseconds in speedrun times?

Because I am me, I am usually less satisfied unless I get to see the exact time of a speedrun, by listing the time in milliseconds. Do the in-game timers list the time in milliseconds, because then you could add them up to determine the true time of your run. Plot twist, I found out that my 3:34 run is actually 3:35.416 for in game time. according to the math where I add all IL times by looking at the very last frame of the level before the exit switch. Real time would be 3:43.028. I'd like my times to get changed to those maybe. The way I am, I'm just a super technical guy, so you get to hear me whine about not seeing the milliseconds in runs. It'd be cool to see, but may be hard or tedious to find out.

Extra Info : 35 frames in a second in the Doom Engine, so 1 frame would be 0.028 seconds, yadda yadda yadda just take 1, divide by 35 multiply by whatever many frames, you get the point.

Wait, I was scammed! Either the recording quality or GZDoom being GZDoom made the time in E1M3 change to 1:23 before it reached 1000 ms, so the time I got in E1M3 is actually 1:22.896 rather than 1:23.896. So my in-game time should actually be 3:34.416.

Simple solution: Don't use GZDoom

I'll pass. I'm too lazy to get Crispy Doom working properly.
