Hello ! I'm curious on whether or not the emulator I am using for this game is allowed for speedrunning. It is the "Phoenix Project" emulator, and I'm also wondering if it should be ran under certain settings.

You're better off using BigPEmu which is a more modern Jaguar emulator.

But that's up to authorblues to decide about the emulation rules for this title.
