During my Wr, I have always played normal mode. I dont know if everyone else is so I am just asking. In some runs e.g ItsZaff77's new first battle run, the shotgun 2 shot and the plasma gun 3 shot, so im curious what is the rule set for that. Thanks!

yeah maybe rigma should set more specific rules for the difficulties
