Why does this game's any% ban deck customization? It is a major mechanic of the game and so feels weird to remove for the primary category.

The rule was made long before I initially submitted my run and the other mods were already inactive at that time, so I can't say what the reasoning was. Though in my experience it's redundant since you'd almost certainly lose more time customizing than you'd save (it's already best to try to avoid gain cards and tokens as-is).

That being said, since I have edit perms I may end up removing that rule (unless one of the other mods suddenly becomes active again and objects) since I agree it makes no real sense.
