Playing this game casually I found some little optimisations to current route. I think those can lower time to sub 10.

1. Phone. You actually don't need to pick up phone to start calling. And you don't need to skip all of the dialog in this scene, you can drop the phone in the first line. So you just:

• click sticky note for boy,
• wait for his answer,
• click the phone to put down handset, (no skiping dialog needed)
• click sticky note for neighbour,
• wait for her answer,
• click the phone to put down handset. (no skiping dialog needed)

2. Fish. It's even smaller thing.

• You can cast fishing rod from the start of the scene when screen is still black and you are standing far from water.
• And this positioning allows you to catch fish faster if you move forward AFTER you hook the fish. So you close some distance and need to drag fish less. Good luck to anybody with those runs. I'm just to lazy to grind good rng in this game.

Might be worth noting going to horseshoes you can reload the scene and he'll teleport to the area. Load times take away some of the save but it might could still save time.
