Sulka has a speedcord

Sulka has just been approved by the speedrun.com moderators.
I'm have set up these things:
- the any% category.

New Category! Pause%
After some player(s) found out that sulka doors keep opening even when the game is paused we decided to create a new category "Pause%" that allows pausing the game.
Pausing was previously banned in "Any%" because it also pauses the in-game timer.
