Change to Tutorial Timings

So the Tutorial category has had its timing changed and this will affect a few other categories:
- Starting on first movement takes out any load time
- Finishing on the FINISH text means easier and faster resets and takes out any unnecessary gameplay
New Categories and Characters!
Everything being added to the boards this update!
- Ice World will be added as a Sub-Category in the Squad Journey category
- Jessie, Ice Wizard, Dr. T and Bandit will be added to the Training Bots category as a Starting
