Potential improvements:

• This ~30 second timesaver was not known at the time of the run.
• Chinese text might save some time over Japanese text, but it's only available in a separate version of the game.

I think the time could be pushed down to 22:XX with the above improvements and better execution.

Between 11:00 and 12:00 in the video, a recording issue caused the video to be choppy and slightly glitchy. It has nothing to do with the glitches performed in the game.
