So why does the any% category make some of the games run restricted any%
The 1545 community decided a long time ago that we would always go by the rulings of each individual community that makes up our collective one. The Mario series any% run (known as the 246) uses 70 star as the any%, not 0 or 1 star.
Same thing goes for the Spyro and Crash games.
