A sub 45 run is 100% possible with the knowledge I've gained over the past few weeks but haven't had the time to execute. Otherwise I got pretty lucky with RNG, I messed up a few navigations, and had some slow Hidden Objects. I think I can go as low as 44 flat but not sure how much lower it can go past that.
