It would seem like it just be a question of including the tutorial missions as there's 3 of them. To make up for the witch village chapter as there's 1 for character use, 1 for organ use and the chase part that you would normally be sin for.

Then we got survival 1 and 2, as I would assume we would skip these, then the first listed story mission is Yesterday's Sun is Today's Sky and final story mission being Big Battle.

I was reading though the rules for Free Mission and it is actually unclear where we would what to start for the run as it says to start at Chapter 1 and that could mean Tutorial 1 or the first available story mission. The two runs in there are of different level amounts done and may want to make some clearer details on what levels we want done.

With the new Xbox series X also having the same backwards compatibility, that one may have much faster load times due to the SSD, it would be interesting to see the difference.

I sorta lost access to the account due to losing email access when there was a forced password reset a long while ago, got access back. I have not moderated before so the set up was a learning experience.

Comic Jumper would be the one i would like to see more people running, but its only on the 360/xbox one...

I'd have to agree with DarQ, this is something more for the Mods of that game's board to look into, but it seem more something to be of its own category then single player if 2 people are running it, we might be running into this more with the Co-pilot mode on the Xbox One

yea, i tried to submit for a new game a month or so ago with the intent of running it later, but got denied till i had my own run up so like SpeedyAhtuan says have your own run.

I Just got Comic Jumper onto this site and has an in game timer for the stage, so it only counts for single lever runs, but its Xbox 360/one only

does the Save state effect the RNG? as in allowing you to know exactly where stuff would be if you have to find something ahead of time? EX. item can be in found at 1, 2 or 3, if you can use the save state to know where it is ahead of time and do that for everything, i can see that to throw out the run then as that can be seen as unfair advantage.

Thanks for the input, I'll try to do the timer overlay after the fact with the video editor, the laptop I use for the recording doesn't have that good of CPU to run 2 different things on it that I'm aware of. and the game is on the Xbox 360/one only.

Does anyone have a good link or set up for doing a timer for a console game, i have an elgato recording system that i use though a laptop for when i do record for console games, but i don't know on how to capture a timer with it, and I am also unsure as to how it is seen timing it post game play (unedited video of course).

I primary would like to know since I just got Comic jumper up on the side and now a Mod for it, I'd like to know for starting guidelines for it and to get an Any % on their to get some thing started on it.

Well if its to just starting out, maybe look at what his favored games, any game can be speed ran, so might be best to look at what they are familiar with as it give him something they like and try to self improve on it from there.

otherwise look at if he wants to speed run whole game or try one of the games that offer runs by level as a starting point.

First one was Guilty Gear 2 Overture, currently my only one too, trying to expand.

I been trying to think of games that we could try speedrunning with the new Co-Pilot mode, so far i only thought of Comic Jumper as a game that could work for it. Any Ideas?

for those who don't know Co-Pilot mode allows 2 different controllers to work as player 1, so no matter who pushes what button on the 2 controllers the game registers it as player 1 did it

Thanks, This should open it up a bit more since i see alot of people struggle with some characters, that are forced on for main story, while excelling with other people, like my friend doing great with valentine.
