A way I find games is by looking through different series but a lot of the games on src are not in a series and are almost impossible to find

I am not sure if this already exists but when moderator or super moderator there should be a log or way to see who is adding specific categories/deleting categories , editing rules , and editing really anything about the game that is not tracked already such as verified and rejected runs.
