I am more interested in everyone's thoughts but this question has been on my mind for quite some time. Who do you think is the most talented speedrunner. Personally I would say JumpyLuff or Vallu but I want to know what everyone else thinks.
For the Full Game categories having the full game as any% simply makes no sense. The catergory name is any% so a any% run would be labeled as "any% - any%" and a 100% run would be labeled as "any%- 100%".
Alternative/Idea: Change Any% to "Full Game"
There are two possible outcomes that effect this. 1st being youtuber named ishowspeed playing subway surfers and saying he was doing a speedrun I think (39k viewers) . Tiktok is extremely huge so when one video goes viral of a good player doing a no coin challenge it goes to more people and more people try doing the tricks. I think it has not slowed down and this game could reach 1k active players soon lol
They may have made enough money. Or just want more people to play
Me and some others have requested this but I dont think this will happen for now there are leaderboards on cyberscore that track how many coins you get it each level
treasure road ILs are on cyberscore but IL speedruns on cyberscore only count as the high score of coins so I think ILs would be great as there is no RTA leaderboard for them on both of the websites
This may not be the best way but a very reliable way i have learned to speedrun games. You should practice each individual part of the speedrun and make sure you can keep the run alive even if you mess up by creating a backup route for longer runs. Try to become consistent with the parts of the runs and dont reset the run too many times if your a beginner. I also highly recommenced getting livesplit so you can keep track of the pace that you are on in runs and what you mess up on overall.
