You need to have more than one social linked on your speedrun.com account so you're contactable as a mod off-site.
Right click livesplit -> Settings -> Always on top will keep it from going behind other windows.
Yeah, LiveSplit can be pretty finicky about this. I suggest asking in the Speedrun Tool Development discord if you don't get anywhere > https://discord.gg/gCzBWE8V3z.
As said, there's no real difference between Any% and Glitchless bar train boost. Also, 100% is now a thing.
We've expanded CCC in the IHS server to it's own category, let us know if there's anything additional we can do to support it there (e.g. extra chat channels).
In bloodwash, we have a mod that allows you to skip 21:56 minutes of waiting. Our times gets penalised by 21:56 so that times are comparable if you do or don't use the mod. RTA doesn't have to literally be the real time it took, just what it would take. That's my opinion at least.
What engine is the game written in? Very important
This thread is a mark of shame on all speedrun.com users, please go outside and think about what more there is to life

Note the "Category" statistics are not including variables or combinations of variables - just parent categories. A level category is a column of the "All levels" table (where each level is a row).

Instead of Single Level / All Levels as options for instance, imagine a list of levels with checkboxes where you can individually select each level. Your issue of it being too tedious to select all but a few would be solved by a "select all" button, after which you could deselect appropriately.
This sounds like a defensive solution to a problem that speedrun.com has had for years - one or all categories / variables. What you should be able to do instead, is rather than adding a whole new system for exemptions, is allow for a variable to be set to multiple categories but not all, and similar to variables / subcategories. This is the proper way to solve this issue.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a problem that gets solved once the new backend is programmed in.
This is present on @Kenorah's screenshot as well:
The columns are misaligned. (https://www.speedrun.com/runers?h=Floor_3-Wimpy&x=zd3rx5ed-yn2m01e8.81pgx0k1)
I know - but a divider is not what I want.
No, my rules updated immediately when I was working on them yesterday.
That has always been the case
The bug with the rules not adding extra lines between subcategory and category rules needs to be fixed. Workaround is using a zero-width space to stop it from trimming extra new lines.
With regards to it staying Time vs RTA, that is how it worked previously, other than the acronyms. i.e. if you have columns other than RTA it will specify timing method, otherwise it won't and will just say Time.
I personally like the acronyms. Super clunky to say "Real time without loads", and this move will popularise LRT so I'm happy for it. Not much effort to hover over the (?) for those unknowing.
I actually agree with Liv on the time column. Preferred it much more at the end of the row. What was the thought process for changing this? Maybe there's a good reason for it, I don't know
Great changes overall I said in the last post though! Can we expect an API v2 anytime soon, or is the backend still in heavy development?
Great changes - you love to see it! 👏
What does the "Exclusive" option for Obsolete/Emulator runs do?
Edit: I see, for Obsolete it shows only obsolete runs and similarly for emulator. I think these could do with a little [?] tooltip icon for an explanation since they're new
I made a firefox extension to make it easier to view this stuff.

It's perfectly reasonable to want a game on the site but not the responsibility with moderating it yourself. Not sure why we're against that. I think option 1 is the best choice. It won't be hard to setup the board to a minimal standard - make a category, make some base rules (e.g. "All runs must have video. Timing starts at X. Timing ends at X."), and go ahead and do your runs. Doesn't need to be all tricked out if you don't want it to be.
Consider using a zero width space to break formatting instead: _hello_
