GTA V has 2 missions one where you film someone having sex, and another you fix a computer with a lot of porn ads on it
Just set it as your country it doesnt seem to have any nationality options on speedrun.com
lets be honset does any of this really matter in the real world

I say it is speedruning because you are trying to beat it fast and racing games have stuff which can increase your speed and make it faster

I use elgato but their are better ones just search up capture cards and you should be able to find one which supports the Wii-U system
