Welcome to the site! You don't need to do runs competitively to be on the site, the whole point is to just have fun. I hope you enjoy watching runs and playing games!
But you probably won't run into many cheaters, whenever somebody cheats, it usually attracts a lot of attention, leading people to believe it is more common than it is. You shouldn't come to the site because you want to "expose" people for cheating. I also would recommend you don't accuse someone unless you can conclusively prove they cheated, because if you're wrong about it then you'll look bad.
