No Major Skips runs have been moved to the Any% category, but as right now V2 Any% also fits into V2 NMS, you can resubmit to NMS while still having your run in Any%.

The rules for Any% state that there are no glitches allowed however, in my 1:58 ( i havent put up yet) and the WR of 1:56 there are glitches used. Can you change this?

it wouldn't look like anything, you'd be going up the endless stairs and as soon as you get the 70th you'd find the end.
