I present my new custom doomspire game to make the whole process of retiming and doing runs much easier.
List of everything in it:
--Run auto-timer, server sided 100% accurate. -- You can chat ":attempts" without the quotes to see your total attempts done. --You can press R on your keyboard to restart the game. --There is a GUI that shows the time of your last completed run.
Stuff being added in the future:
--Built in splits that show you how fast you destroy each tower (maybe) (it may not be necessary though considering the fact that 3 tower strat will just make all segments the same)

3 tower strat is the most painful RNG in the entire run.
If you are trusted, which you may not be going off of Darpeys points, then sure, do offline runs. Streaming runs is recommended but not necessary at all. Literally all of my PBs throughout my years in SMB were offline because I dont like streaming lol. Keep in mind though, if the run has even ONE red flag and it was streamed offline, then the mods have full authority to decline it.
It would probably be used already if it were allowed so I pretty much doubt it
At 4:08 you get a 244 in 8-3, which isn't possible without Left + Right, which is a glitch.
My auto timer literally is ran by doomspire code lol, you get the time instantly, and its 100% accurate.
Also I'm currently coding my own doomspire auto timer for private server runs.
I think all runs should be separated into glitchless and glitches since this new toolorder glitch is out of the blue.
I can't perfectly tell with the quality, but you seem to land on the first pixel of the block, meaning that it would be D70. I would ask someone that is more active than me though haha.
I request this because my doomspire record as of July does timing this way, and everyone else I know in the doomspire speedrunning times this way.
I have a request for a solo% category where you do it in a private server and time starts when the first explosion goes off while you are at your own base
Nearly all of my runs were recorded with the Xbox game bar, so In general It's definitely fine. But as Darpey said, you might need to add more proof to further back up the validity of your run in certain cases.
That is really hard to do RTA, this tas is mainly supposed to represent a REALLY good but not perfect human speedrun. This tas could probably be ran RTA.
Alright, so this is a bit late but whatever. Basically, a couple of months ago, I made a tas of a strategy that I thought could be used to greatly improve the softlock world record. But after a talk with Blazit, we both deemed it not RTA possible, until yesterday. I told Niftski about this strategy, and he managed to get world record with it in a couple of tries. I can see someone getting a 20.3xx with this strategy, as I can think of faster optimizations. Anyway, here is the UNOPTIMIZED RTA tas that I made a couple of months ago.
I feel like this is harder then just doing the clip with big mario. And it loses a lot more time.
