i feel like the rule for "the beast can not be afk" shouldn't be included for vip server since the point is to not have other people interfere with the run

Well, even if it's VIP Server, the Beast can STILL be AFK. (Such as having a bathroom break or something like that) It wouldn't matter either way, it can happen any moment now and then.
