Video on why HLE Bios is Banned for FM speedruns on SRC.

Hey everyone, I went ahead and made a quick YouTube video on why the moderation team and I have decided to enforce a new rule to the SRC leaderboard and that rule is in regards to the use of HLE bios on ePSXe ver. 2.0.0. I hope this video will answer everyone's questions on why this was enforced in the first place because of a recent run submission that we received that used HLE bios. Update to all Category Rules
All VODs submitted to the leaderboards that are dated after 15-December will need to include the cutscene after Nitemare to include saving at the credits.
