First go left, then down between houses and down again until you're positioned like on picture

I use line in the middle of window on the right to align myself, I want bottom of Adol's sprite to be around height of that line

Then go up and left until you can fully see this tree(leftmost on picture), you can go slightly further left and be ok.

Then go to Pawn shop(open door you just passed), buy mirror, try buying it exactly 3 more times and exit the shop. If everything was done correctly, you should warp to the credits.
