I was sick during the run, practice run for Questing for Glory HH2 ended up doing better than I thought somehow. Run was rubbish and was feeling rubbish but at least I didn't have to go to the restroom. The final time is really off from on screen time, I started timing early and split late, I retimed the run to a 2:56:58 but might be off.
