How do top runners do table tennis so fast? the quickest i can do it always ends up with cole hitting the ball.
You can use backspin to beat the only CPU it works on, Cole. Backspin will completely foil Cole and he won't hit it back, if it's done correctly. If you look in the "Guides" section on the SRC page, there's a few All Sports tutorials that explain how to do it well.

In the past, runs below a certain threshold could be submitted without video. Now, this system has been removed. All runs require video proof from now on.
