New game vs new game+
I'm not sure what this means for WoW.
Is New Game a fresh just created account and New Game+ is the account we use all the time?
New Game is just a name for a sub category, it implies that no items etc. from other characters can be used including heirlooms. You can use any account you want for the categories. Check the rules for the sub categories to see the differences :)
