Stay close to the car, shoot as soon as dialogue starts. Once destroyed, turn around. No need to brake at the suitcase It is possible to hit the car when it turns left, but is still likely to go soaring past and waste time

Mission 4
Hit no cones, shoot at least 4 of the targets with shotgun - timer is generous, so better to slow down than miss and fail

Try to park in front of drunk driver's car, lamp posts can act as a good wedge

Go on wrong side of motorway, then follow into park. Crash into side of his car while he turns for best chance
100% - Stop bandit with at least 50% health left, best idea would be to follow and wait for blue bar to fill.

Mission 7
Arrive at location going around the building not cutting through. Crash into enemy if possible, and park in front to increase damage. When close to them dying, follow them, wait for the gun to be dropped, then shoot them until they die. Drive back the (theoretically) short distance to pick up the gun

Mission 8
Turn sirens on as soon as possible, then stay close to the bus. Don't bother crashing into it, as it is too strong. Wait for blue bar to fill
100% - Do the same, but try to reduce damage to police car, traffic and cones etc

Mission 9
Follow keeping a reasonable distance until a cutscene plays. Do not turn on siren up to this point. After cutscene, use shotgun and stay very close to car while shooting. Shooting AI will cause the mission to fail. Return to near the cutscene location to retrieve package.
100% - Have an accuracy of 95% and avoid damaging AI cars / property

Mission 10
Follow a path found here https://ibb.co/jvQQhK6 . After collecting the ambulance, watch the meter and slow down if it is too far behind. Timer is also lenient here, so losing the ambulance will not be a mission fail, just a small time loss
100% - Follow the route, and reach hospital within 2 minutes of collecting ambulance

Mission 11
Follow route https://ibb.co/0KNCrPg . First 2 will be completed with time to spare, last 2 are somewhat tight on time. Hitting the bombs will cause a mission fail. Bombs are diffused by parking next to them and waiting for a short animation, and timer is reset each bomb, meaning after bomb 2 it is worth parking well to save time for 3
100% - Disarm the first 3 bombs with 10 seconds left on the timer, and cause minimal damage to AI and cones

Mission 12
Escape van by driving in a straight line down to the motorway, then turn around and head back. Shoot at the car with whichever weapon is best at the time. Mission will fail if the AI is shot at, so accuracy is semi important
100% - Lose van and get back with 30 seconds left, and then cause minimal damage destroying the car

Mission 13
Ignore the GPS and go around the top of the map similar to https://ibb.co/0MjRfGQ. Ignore the cars attacking you, there's no way of dealing with them.
100% - Have 50% health or more remaining at the end

Mission 14
Get to the tank quickly, then begin shooting with the rifle. No secret to it, just keep shooting. Rocket launcher is given near the end, but is pretty hopeless so can be ignored. After destroying the first tank, the APC handles awkward but you just drive to the tank and keep shooting.
100% - Avoid being hit by the tanks - Weaving and going slowly will be needed

Mission 15
Follow the red car until the cutscene, then follow the GPS to get to the police station. Ignore the chasing cars as again nothing can be done to lose them.
100% - Finish with at least 50% health

Mission 16
Try crashing into the car at corners, then begin shooting after tuning into the alleyway - shooting AI cars will cause a failure
100% - Have an accuracy of 90%, and avoid damaging property too much

Mission 17
Follow GPS to location (seems to be fastest route). After cutscene, go for rightmost bomb, crashing into wall can help slowing down. Wait until bomb is diffused, then turn around, go over the motorway and hit the enemy head on. Begin shooting, although be careful as shooting AI will cause a fail.
100% - Finish with at least 50% health
Unlocks rocket launcher for Free Patrol
Mission 18
Chase after the red car first, shooting until it is destroyed. Afterwards, do the same to the van, being careful as the van can shoot back. Collect the package and mission complete. The best paths to follow depend on how fast the red car is destroyed, but the minimap is helpful here
100% - Complete the mission in under 3:45
Unlocks van for Free Patrol
Mission 19
Follow the van, shooting only when there's a good chance of hitting as there is limited ammo, then crash into the side of the enemy at corners. As long as he's killed fast, there will be plenty of time at the end to get back to pick up the package.
100% - End the mission with more than 50% health
Unlocks pizza truck for Free Patrol
Mission 20
Destroy the cop car first with some RPG shots as it will get in the way. Then, use the rifle on the limo - should make easy work of it as long as you stay close You could avoid killing the other police car, but it just soaks up bullets that may otherwise hit the limo. Shooting AI traffic will fail the mission.
100% - Do not kill the other police car, and have an accuracy of 95%
