Sub 15 on the longest mission in the game!

Nothing new here, just tried to tidy up be a little more strict with the requisition and power.

I stuck to 4 total tactical squads, kept 1 Assault squad, 3 dreads and supplemented the initial base with 2 additional early power generators.

The rest of the run is just what was done before but a little tidier. There is still a great deal of time to save here, but also a great of potential time losses throughout the mission.
