Tool: Weapon Upgrade Levels Cheat Table

Allows you to upgrade weapons to whatever you want to test damage, etc. Can help with practicing later sections of the game too. Basically you need to set the weapon to one level lower than what you want, then pick up that weapon to upgrade it to the weapon level you want. Max level are in the table itself.
