The TWHMV Speedrun Patch file is the file that contains the LiveSplit.js plugin and the plugins file to swap to run it, you need to move the www file to the game folder (where game.exe is) and swap the files, it allows you to stop LiveSplit during loading times and automatically split (if you have Autosplitter uploaded).
