[Section=General]

Tomb Raider: Underworld PC port is not the most stable port out there. The fact that the game was made for Windows 7 and how much PC specifications evolved from 2008, make the game close to unplayable.

However you could do this to fix most common issues with the game.

[Section=Physics]

Physics of the game the act up weird the more fps your game runs on. Boxes, Ragdolls and other physics based animations will fly around looking really weird and making the game unplayable.

Fixing this issue is really simple however, turning V-Sync ON in game options will make all physics behave normally again.

Preferably, you could also do it by locking the game at 120 fps through Nvidia Control Panel or Radeon Software, or any 3rd party service program (keep in mind that switching fps during the run is prohibited). Reason why 120fps is better is it causes Cutscenes to skip faster.

[Section=Camera]

Camera in Underworld is a pain in the ass when left without any changes. Lowering camera sensitivity will help A LOT though.

It is a .DLL file made by runner by the name of cherden.

To use it you want to switch resolution in in game options and restart the game. Pressing F5 on keyboard will switch between borderless and windowed.
